PAIA manual
Last updated 19 October 2026
Mossie & Co. is a fictional business made for a design portfolio. This page shows what the real page would say. No personal information is collected by this concept site: the booking form is a dry run and sends nothing.
This manual is published under section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) and explains how to ask Mossie & Co. for records it holds.

The Regulator's guide

Processing of personal information
We process client and staff information to run bookings, pay staff and meet our tax duties. Categories of information, recipients, cross-border transfers and security measures are set out in our privacy notice.
How to request a record
- Complete Form 2 (Request for access to record) from the Information Regulator and give it to the Information Officer.
- Fees are those set in the PAIA regulations. We tell you of any fee before work starts.
- We answer within 30 days, and tell you if we need to extend that by up to another 30 days, as PAIA allows.
- If we refuse, we give reasons, and you may complain to the Information Regulator or apply to court.
